WHO WE ARE

Arbor was established in September 2008 by a group of parents and educators who came together because they saw a need for an integrated approach for the development of their children.  Arbor is one of three schools established by EDFAM, a non-profit corporate, whose focus is to offer families in the national community an alternative in the education of their children at the pre-school, primary and secondary levels.  

Arbor is the Kindergarten while Rosewood and Trimont are the respective primary and secondary schools, for the girls and boys. All schools have a rich Spanish programme which focuses on communication.

We chose as our model an individualized system of education followed by hundreds of schools across the globe.  We maintain professional contact with some of these schools and actually work closely with an international organization called AYSE, Educational Consultant Services.  They provide us with technical advice in the administration and delivery of our programmes in addition to providing vital training to staff.
